  • You can learn more about R3Di products by visiting the Products page here. Our products will be listed out and can also be viewed by their Product Category. To view product categories, hover over “Products” on the top menu bar and the categories will drop down into a sub-menu.

  • The R3Di Contact page can be found here. You can also email us at support@R3Di.com. When contacting us via email or when leaving us a message, please provide all available details for your request.

  • You can purchase R3Di products by visiting their product pages and at various stores throughout the country. To find a store or purchase option near you, contact us at support@R3Di.com with the subject line, “Purchase Inquiry”.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

  • R3Di warrants to the original retail purchases of the Products, that should this Product or part thereof during normal consumer usage and condition, be proven to be defective in material or workmanship that results in product failure within the first twelve (12) months from the date of purchase as shown on end user’s original sales receipt from an authorized sales agent. Such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced (with new or rebuilt parts) at R3Di’s option, without charge.

    To obtain warranty service, contact our customer service team at support@R3Di.com and make sure you have registered your product here to activate the warranty.

  • R3Di offers a 30-day money back guarantee for goods purchased directly from WWW.R3Di-SHOP.com. To return an item, please contact us by email at support@R3Di.com.

  • Most R3Di products are under warranty for twelve (12) months. For details on R3Di’s Extended Warranty (“R3Di x10’d”), please visit the warranty page here.

  • R3Di will replace any R3Di product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in the workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. The replacement device may be a new, like new or factory refurbished unit of the same model.

    If your device is damaged and falls within our Warranty here, please contact us at support@R3Di.com or file a warranty claim.

  • To submit a warranty claim, you must first make sure you’ve set up an account at R3Di.com.

    To create the warranty claim, you will then need:

    (1) Your device model number

    (2) Date of purchase

    (3) Proof of purchase

    (4) Device IMEI and/or serial number

    (5) A description of the defect.

    When shipping in your warranty repair product, you will need to include:

    (1) A copy of your Proof of Purchase

    (2) The device/product

    (3) A copy of the RMA form

    (4) The battery and battery door (if applicable)

    Do NOT send any SIM cards or memory cards with the device.

  • Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to make changes to the order. To request a change, email us at support@R3Di.com with your full name, order number and change request.

  • Refunds are processed on a rolling basis once the return is received by our receiving team. Please allow for up to 5 Business Days after the return has been received for a refund to be issued. Note that once a refund has been issued, it may not reflect on your bank account immediately. Please contact your bank for details on processing times on their end.

SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 Business Days. Shipping time may vary based on the shipping option you chose at checkout.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please make sure to retain any emails so that you are able to track your order.

On this page you can “Start a Warranty Claim”, “Check on an Existing Claim” and read the Warranty Policy by clicking on “ATEL’s Warranty Policy”. Please follow all warranty instructions available and if you have any questions contact us at support@R3Di.com . Note that some actions such as, but not limited to, using sharp objects to open the device, may void the warranty.
